Corinne E. Nickerl
Corinne E. Nickerl is a full charge legal assistant working for the benefit of the attorneys and clients of Davidson Backman Medeiros PLLC. Cori has a complete working knowledge of all aspects of bankruptcy and receivership.
Ms. Nickerl has a specialized knowledge of Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings, and a thorough understanding of the procedural and substantive requirements of Chapter 11, and the national and local bankruptcy rules. Cori prepares bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and statements of financial affairs for attorney and client review. Cori also prepares complex Chapter 11 pleadings, including motions, declarations and orders for the use of cash collateral, the sale of assets, the compromise of claims, and confirmation of plans of reorganization.
Ms. Nickerl also has significant experience in state court litigation and receivership proceedings, including state court pleadings and procedures for assignments for the benefit of creditors and receiverships, as well as commercial litigation. Cori is also experienced in the substantive requirements for conducting business operations during receivership, including the preparation and submissions of monthly financial reports.
